Refund policy

Our 30-day happy-kid promise. If your Tube Tinkers set doesn't become a favorite, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our contact page (tubetinkers.com/pages/contact) with your order number.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the set with as many pieces as you can find (a missing foam ball or two is fine) and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or missing items

If your set arrives damaged or missing parts, send us a photo through our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or the missing parts at no cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Gifts

If the set was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can refund you with store credit, or refund the original purchaser on request.

Exceptions

Gift cards, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery, can't be refunded.
